As an employee of the international company Mott MacDonald, Elena completed the following projects:

- fit-out of the Sotheby's auction house office in Moscow

- design management project for the Skolkovo Business Park

- office reconstruction project for Eurofinance Mosnarbank in Moscow-City

Responsibilities:

- organization and control of projects from start to finish

- monitoring budget, time and quality

- checking interior finishing, preparation of drawings and specifications of volumes of work of existing buildings for renovation works

- purchase of building materials

- coordination of work on site with contractors and consultants
